  • How long does shipping take?
    Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

    Do you offer international shipping?
    Not at this time. We currently ship only within the United States.

    How can I track my order?
    As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track it anytime through the link provided.

  • Can I return a supplement?
    Only unopened supplements in original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If the safety seal is broken, it is not eligible for return.

    What if I open the supplement and want to return it?
    Once opened, supplement products are final sale for safety and quality control reasons.

    Can I return or exchange apparel or merch?
    All apparel and merchandise are final sale, unless you received the wrong item or the item arrived damaged. In that case, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll take care of it.

  • What if my order arrived damaged?
    If your product was damaged in transit, email us at sales@takerein.com within 7 days of receiving it. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.

    What if something is missing from my order?
    Mistakes happen—if you’re missing something, reach out with your order number and we’ll fix it fast.

  • Are your supplements safe?
    All Rein Nutrition products are formulated for healthy adults 18+. Always read the label and consult your physician before starting any supplement.

    How should I take the STIM-PRE-PUMP?
    Follow the instructions on the label. Never exceed the recommended dose.

    Are your supplements third-party tested?
    Yes. We work with certified manufacturers who uphold strict testing protocols for quality, potency, and safety.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

    Can I cancel or change my order?
    If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP at sales@chasinggains.net. Once it’s in transit, we can’t make changes.
