At Rein Nutrition, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and with full transparency. This policy outlines how shipping and returns work for both supplements and merchandise purchased from https://takerein.com.

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12PM CST may begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Mexico

International shipping times may vary depending on customs and regional carriers.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • Delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–5 business days once shipped.

  • Shipments to Canada and Mexico typically take 5–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (for Canada and Mexico) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase or shipping price.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Rein Nutrition is not liable for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors or building managers.

  2. Contact the carrier directly.

  3. If still unresolved, email sales@takerein.com within 7 days of the delivery date.

Damaged Orders

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Email sales@takerein.com within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging or product.

  • We’ll either replace the damaged item or issue store credit at our discretion.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Supplements

To protect product safety and quality:

  • Opened supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Unopened supplements in original, sealed condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was received in error or damaged.

Merchandise & Apparel

All merch sales (shirts, hoodies, hats, etc.) are final unless:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • The item arrived defective or damaged.

To request a return or replacement for merchandise:

  • Email sales@takerein.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and issue description.

  • If approved, we’ll send instructions on returning the item or sending a replacement.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened supplement products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited edition or seasonal drops

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To begin a return request, email us at sales@takerein.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) being returned

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Once approved, you’ll be given return instructions. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
